Asparagus retrofractus
Full sun with lots of water during the growing season. A very hardy and forgiving plant, it seems to put up with various conditions. Lots of water during the growing season makes for a lot of new leaves, while sparse watering makes a tough and spiky plant. This one went through almost two days of sub-30 degree (Fahrenheit) and snow; the only damage was to a still-developing leaf. |
