To put one of these folders on the Start menu:
Highlight and copy the folder name and letter/number string,
up to and including the } on the end. Right-click the Start
button and select Explore. Right-click a blank area in the
window and select New --- Folder. Paste the copied
name in as the New Folder's name.
IE6 won't accept the History item, so navigate to
your History folder with explorer and just drag-n-drop.
