Send To Notepad for all file types

Send To Notepad for all file types:

Go to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\Shell
and create a key called 
Send To Notepad
or whatever you want to show on the menu, then 
under that, a new key called
Command
and change the (Default) value to 
notepad.exe %1
If you don't use Notepad, include the full path to your text 
editor instead of just the filename. 
If you don't have a key called Shell under \*\, create it.
