Aloe?
I haven't seen any flowers on this one. It may not be an Aloe.
The individual plants can get up to 8 inches wide, low growing, lots of pups, and can take full shade or lots of sun. It seems to like being on the dry side. Lots of pups.
This particular clump is in the full shade of my house, the soil is very poor, and gets very little water, maybe a cup per week.
