DESCRIPTIONclip sets up an ATM connection and attaches it to the Classical IP over ATM protocol stack. The PVC connection endpoint is identified by the interface number (default is zero), the VPI, and the VCI. By default, maximum bandwidth (without reservation) is used for the connection. If the peak cell rate (pcr) is specified, bandwidth is allocated accordingly.
